This coincided with the discovery that Skye’s murderous father was still alive.
Things took an even more exciting turn in the middle of season two, when Skye discovered she was an Inhuman with vibration-manipulating abilities. They enriched her already engaging performance with stronger emotion and subtler nuances. Each of these relationships brought out new facets in Chloe Bennet. This was further complicated when Ward revealed himself to be an undercover Hydra agent. Skye also developed an intense relationship with Grant Ward, with whom she felt a mutual attraction.
